SMG Studios, the indie developers that made OTTTD, will be bringing their new game titled One More Line (OML) to the upcoming PAX Australia on October 31 – November 2.
Compared to the tower defense OTTTD, One More Line is more casual and smaller in size. It is a twitchy arcade game that is “Flappy Bird meets Designers Republic”. It is about to extend colorful lines around the rotating planet-style platforms all the way up and try to draw them as far as possible. Crash into edges of the screen, hit planets without orbits or miss the timing to get to the next knot – all these will lead to a dead end. When game over, there will be a quick rewinding to let you see the beautiful, colorful lines you drew. Die beautifully and start over.
One More Line looks good from the latest trailer. It is that kind of game you will always want to have one more try. And it can be played with one hand. It will be playable at PAX Australia. For players who won’t be there, you can wait for its official release on the App Store, which should be due in November. It will be a free-to-play title supported by adverts.
