Rovio Entertainment has soft launched a new wacky and silly game Selfie Slam created by its experimental game studio Lvl 11 on the App Store in Canada, Finland and Sweden.
The title of Selfie Slam is quite a concise sum-up of what the game is. Players will need to firstly take a snap of themselves and then use their own unique avatar to join an assortment of mini-games and challenges.
Building a quirky or creepy avatar is a source of fun. Players can give their own headshot unexpected and generally loose limbs and other body parts and, further on, add ridiculous accessories to be more unique. A pig-face in a superman’s suit or an antenna robot trapped in a sumo wrestler, the choices and their combinations are almost endless, especially plus the uniqueness of the human faces.
Selfie Slam is all about mini-games and challenges. Players in it can compete with friends and other players in tons of strange yet fun challenges like Bomber, King of the Hill and Soccer competitions. By winning these games, players will earn stars, medals & coins and then unlock more customization options and challenges.
Selfie Slam is a free-to-play title that has the common freemium-caused restrictions. There is the most complained timer, in-app purchases, adverts and so on.
Selfie Slam is available for free download in Canada, Finland and Sweden. [Canadian App Store]
